The different shades of green highlight the multi-faceted experience and knowledge TRM has in rural management.
The two squares signify a balance between honouring traditional, conventional practices (inside-the-box thinking) and the reinvention and innovation of management approaches (outside-the-box thinking) for the future of agriculture.
